Mood Disorders

At the Mood Disorders Centre in the University of Exeter we are looking into means of helping people to deal with low or depressed mood. We are investigating new guided self-help therapies which are designed to help develop coping skills. These skills will help people deal with difficulties and problems, in order to reduce or prevent futher symptoms of depression.

If you feel sad or down most of the time or have lost interest or pleasure in things you usually enjoy AND/OR have felt like this in the past, you may be interested in participating in one of our studies.
